The care my mam received from all staff was of high standard, very caring and compassionate. Nothing was too much trouble for them, my mam was always treat with dignity and respect. Our team provides all types of care for our residents. Such as residential care for people who need a little help with daily tasks and where we support our residents to maintain their independence and individuality, encouraging social activity and building relationships within the home. We also provide nursing care for those who have complex medical needs.

Our home has been rated GOOD.

CQC inspectors commented: “Staff had a great knowledge of people, their likes and dislikes and how they wished to be supported. One staff member said, “We treat people as individuals, as I would like to be treated, like family.””

We support people living with diabetes to lead a healthy balanced lifestyle in line with their medication needs. Residents who require insulin who live in our residential homes will have access to a district nurse to support with this

We support individuals living with this condition by aiding our teams with training to support people living with epilepsy

We support individuals with a variety of conditions from arthritis to post fall recovery including pain management

We support individuals with swallowing difficulties and dysphagia by providing textured modified diets to continue to eat the foods they enjoy, safely

We care for individuals who are supported with nutritional and medication needs via a PEG tube
