We offer a person-centred approach that is delivered through quality care, recreation and activities, and food and dining.

Our team at Park Lane Care Home offers residential care for those who need help with daily tasks, and nursing care for people who have complex medical needs. We also provide residential dementia care where we support our residents to maintain their independence and individuality as well as respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break.

We people living with diabetes to lead a healthy balanced lifestyle in line with their medication needs. Residents who require insulin who live in our residential homes will have access to a district nurse to support with this

We aid our teams with training to support individuals living with epilepsy

We support individuals with a variety of conditions from arthritis to post fall recovery including pain management

We support individuals with swallowing difficulties and dysphagia by providing textured modified diets to continue to eat the foods they enjoy, safely

We care for individuals who are supported with nutritional and medication needs via a PEG tube

Inspections are carried out at intervals determined by the inspectorate and homes are provided with a report, a rating and usually also some recommendations to help develop or improve the service.
