We offer a person-centred approach that is delivered through quality care, recreation and activities, and food and dining. A relative visiting a loved one in our home praised, “I find the staff at Kingfisher House excellent with the care of my mum who has dementia. The effort two staff members in particular put in to include as many as possible in activities is unbelievable. Nothing but huge gratitude to them and the rest of the staff for doing so much to care for and occupy my mum and the other residents.”

In 2023 we supported over 240 families with their care enquiry to the team at Kingfisher House. A recent visitor commented after their visit: “A warm friendly atmosphere. When I leave I feel my husband is being cared for as I would want him to be.”

At our care home in Newmarket, we provide a comprehensive range of services, including residential care, nursing care, and specialised nursing dementia care, alongside dedicated residential dementia support, respite care, palliative care and intermediate care.
