Staff knew people they supported well and were regularly observed having friendly and open conversations with people.”

We offer care for residents with a variety of conditions, including but not exclusively:

We can support individuals with hearing loss, mild, moderate or profound

We support individuals with vision loss at this home

We support individuals with speech impairments or difficulties at this home

We support individuals with lung conditions that cause breathing difficulties at this home

We support individuals living with these conditions to maintain their comfort levels in a respectful manner

We people living with diabetes to lead a healthy balanced lifestyle in line with their medication needs. Residents who require insulin who live in our residential homes will have access to a district nurse to support with this

We support individuals with swallowing difficulties and dysphagia by providing textured modified diets to continue to eat the foods they enjoy, safely

The service was consistently managed and well-led. Leaders and the culture they created promoted high-quality, person-centred care.”
