Yes, I’ve progressed from a HR Advisor into a HR Business Partner role and this happened through gaining exposure in different components of HR such as TUPE’s, dealing with conduct or capability issues. I’ve gone into care homes and conducted HR clinics, developed action plans and liaised with the Regional Managers to address any concerning issues. Through my development, there has been plenty of support from my line manager.
Throughout my time with the Group, I have partaken in HR training days, completed Excel courses and my manager is extremely supportive of me attending any training sessions that may be beneficial to me.
