People who choose a career in care to help make a difference to the lives of our residents are people we treasure. The value that someone caring and compassionate brings to a team is priceless and helps us to deliver quality care to our residents. So we want to make working for our company as easy as possible with a range of shift patterns and flexible working to suit everyone.
If you love the idea of a career in care but are unable to commit to a more permanent role, then let us introduce Flexibank – an exclusive Four Seasons Health Care Group service that allows people more flexible ways of working across all roles in our homes, including nursing.
Perhaps you need more time for childcare? Supplement your income? Want to continue with educational studies or you just wish for more time for you? Whatever the reason, Flexibank is easy to use and gives you care home shifts to match your way of life.
Every member of the team who joins Flexibank will receive an induction and training programme to give you the professional skills to work within our homes, along with opportunities to progress in your career. This thorough introduction and training ensures you are familiar with the Group’s culture and ethos and keeps you informed of latest practice and up to date with your skills. So you know you’ll be welcomed into any of our homes and instantly feel part of the Four Seasons Group family – ready to get straight on and make a difference from the moment you arrive.
