Marketing Administrator

We are recruiting a Marketing Administrator. As the Marketing Administrator, you will provide support across a variety of work streams within the marketing team and work closely with the Marketing Assistants and Head of Marketing. Four Seasons Health Care Group is one of the largest healthcare providers in the UK, it’s important to us to couple great care with meaningful and enjoyable experiences. 

As a Marketing Administrator, you will:

  • Provide support for our on and offline marketing initiatives, campaigns and door drops including gathering key data about our homes to ensure information used is accurate and up to date
  • Ensure key information on our brand websites about facilities, home managers, addresses, phone numbers etc. about our care homes and team is up to date, and making sure all latest website brochures (downloads) are available on the site
  • Alongside the Marketing Assistants, help to increase online referral activity by ensuring external databases are kept up to date and accurate e.g. home manager and facilities information
  • Support the Marketing Assistants and Digital Marketing to upload and refresh photography for care homes on our brand and external online directories
  • Monitor and action the marketing email inboxes to support home and team requests by processing in a timely manner and liaising with team members on any unique requirements
  • Flag any change requests received via the marketing inboxes for website content with Marketing Assistants
  • Ensure our homes and customer care team have sufficient stocks of brochures and other marketing materials
  • Progress marketing literature reprint requests promptly and liaise with the Marketing Assistants or wider team on other requests
  • Support the administration of events, photoshoots and filming opportunities within our homes
  • Support the Marketing Assistants to review and maintain good data quality in our professionals and community contact databases
  • Help to administer event and activities materials related to marketing initiatives and focus homes

To succeed you will be:

  • Friendly, with an open and polite demeanour with a lovely telephone manner
  • Proactive and excellent organisation skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills and ability to manage own workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and skills
  • Evidence of ability to work concurrently on a number of different projects, ensuring projects are completed to time
  • Previous experience of working within an administrative role an advantage but not essential
  • Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
  • Full driving licence
  • This role will be based in the Wilmslow office with some ability to work from home, but there will be a requirement to travel as and when required
