The Four Seasons Health Care Group are looking for a Recruitment Consultant. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage a variety of internal operational vacancies within the business. Whilst working closely with hiring managers across several departments, to provide an excellent recruitment service.

This is a Hybrid role based in the Wilmslow Office, with a work from home option.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Consult with hiring managers to complete a detailed job profile and person specification brief to ensure full understanding of requirements and agree time scales and obligations for the resourcing process
  • Review and develop the interview and selection process utilising the appropriate documentation, including determining most appropriate interview questions to measure candidates skills as required
  • Discuss package with Hiring Manager and highlight any concerns caused by market research, keeping abreast of competitor analysis and benchmarking salaries across all locations
  • Source and select internal and external candidates using various recruitment channels
  • Identify skills to match appropriately against requirements via a full pre-screening and telephone interview process
  • Update the Applicant Tracking System effectively to ensure accurate reporting both on vacancies and candidates
  • Be a point of contact for prospective candidates, dealing with questions and queries in regards to the application process
  • Maintain strong attention to detail while being able to prioritise your workload effectively
  • Monitor external attraction methods to ensure effectiveness and return on investment

To succeed, you will have:

  • Internal or External recruitment experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Superb listening and interpersonal skills
  • To be self-motivated and able to work under own guidance to manage workload
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise and work high stress environment when needed
