Regional Administrator
We are recruiting a Regional Administrator. As a Regional Administrator, you will provide support to the Regional Office and regional team with administrative duties, which will support the smooth and efficient operations within a fast-pace office environment. Four Seasons Health Care Group is one of the largest healthcare providers in the UK, it’s important to us to couple great care with meaningful and enjoyable experiences.
As a Regional Administrator, you will:
- Provide clerical support and maintain office systems, including word processing, photocopying, scanning, filing and data inputting.
- Be responsible for typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Receive incoming calls, provide a focal point for visitors to the Regional Office, and telephone enquirers and promote a positive image and customer service approach
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the Regional Team
- Assist with arranging meetings and conference calls
- Attend meetings as and when required, prepare for meeting and take minutes of meetings
- Maintain resident and employee confidentiality and privacy in line with Information Governance
- Assist in the preparation, collation and dispatch of management information to Head Office as requested
- Ensure payroll amendments, mileage forms, expenses forms etc. are approved and sent to payroll and filed.
