Four Seasons Group are one of the largest healthcare providers. We are looking for experienced, committed individuals to work as Rehabilitation Support Workers within The Bluebell Unit based at East Riding Care Home. The Bluebell Unit is a

17 bed Rehabilitation centre providing a high level of care, alongside the NHS team, to patients who are in need of mobility rehabilitation before they are able to return home

The unit manages the full journey of admissions, care planning and risk assessments and supports the safe discharging of the patient back home life. In order for us to deliver this service as effectively as possible, we need kind and compassionate individuals who have an understanding of what “Good Rehabilitation Care” looks like.

East Riding Care Home is located @ Whoral Bank, Morpeth, Northumberland, NE61 3AA

East Riding Care Home is located in the town of Morpeth in Northumberland.

The home offers nursing and residential care, and end-of-life care. East Riding is home to a dedicated suite for those living with dementia which has been adapted to make sure residents are kept safe and as comfortable as possible in their surroundings. Care can be provided on a permanent basis, however a respite service for shorter stays is also available.

East Riding can be easily accessed by either car or train and has great transport links to the surrounding areas.
