Training Administrator
We are recruiting a Training Administrator to join the Learning and Development Team As a Training and Learning Administrator you will provide support to the Digital Learning and Development Team ensuring colleagues are inducted into the business in an efficient, timely and compliant manner. You will work within a customer-focused environment, effectively responding to queries and administrative demands. This is initially a 6 month Fixed Term Contract
As a Training Administrator, you will:
- Work alongside the Digital Learning Team supporting the learning journey of new starters once they begin their induction
- Be responsible for the administration of the Learning & Development inbox, categorisation of responses needed and first response to eLearning queries both in email and by telephone
- Manage internal spreadsheets to ensure the induction progress is effectively tracked
- Liaise directly with new starters with their induction details via the Learning & Development inbox
- Support new learners with using the Learning Management System (LMS) as a first point of call
- Support the administration of the GoTo Webinar Training sessions for the Induction and wider L&D training need
To succeed you will be:
- Competent working in a fast paced learning environment with a desire to succeed
- A good communicator with great organisational skills
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft packages and have the ability to work with various other systems
- Able to prioritise workloads and adhere to deadlines
