Craigieknowes Care Home is situated in the residential area of Craigie in Perth.
The team provide various levels of care 24-hours a day. The Maltings Care Home in Norfolk offers a lovely garden and patio area, which is a great place for our residents and their loved ones to spend quality time together. Our residents who enjoy gardening love to get involved and help plant and maintain the garden in their spare time.
Our residents enjoy a comprehensive activities programme, including various weekly clubs:

Our Care team offers residential care for people who need help with daily tasks, as well as residential dementia care where we support our residents to maintain their independence and individuality. We also provide respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break.

We support individuals to maximise their independence and support with rebuilding confidence

We support people living with diabetes to lead a healthy balanced lifestyle in line with their medication needs. Residents who require insulin who live in our residential homes will have access to a district nurse to support with this

We support individuals with a variety of conditions from arthritis to post fall recovery including pain management

CQC have found our service Requires Improvement.
Inspections are carried out at intervals determined by the inspectorate and homes are provided with a report, a rating and usually also some recommendations to help develop or improve the service.
