We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist. As a Receptionist, you will provide overall support to the Home by promoting its excellent reputation and public image at the first point of contact and demonstrate strong customer focus whilst providing marketing support to the Home Manager. As one of the largest healthcare providers in the UK it’s important to us to couple great care with meaningful and enjoyable experiences.
As a Receptionist you will be:
- Providing a welcoming and friendly environment as the primary contact point for visitors and telephone enquirers
- Liaising with visitors and potential residents to the home, ensuring they are welcomed in a professional and friendly manner and all queries responded to accordingly
- Updating and logging any customer enquiries onto the home’s Income Processing software and proactively managing any follow ups as required, such as issuing brochures or any other company literature
- Engaging with the Recreation and Activities Co-ordinator to ensure a varied programme of events to encourage resident participation and stimulation
- Providing support and assistance to the administrative team in the home as and when required, and acting as the focal point to cover their duties when absent
- Where appropriate, updating CareBlox with the team’s rosters
- Taking the minutes at the Team Meetings and other meetings as required
